(Manchester, NH, February 1, 2021) – Sheehan Phinney welcomes Jonathan R. Voegele to its Business Litigation Group. Voegele will work primarily out of the firm’s Manchester and Boston offices.
Voegele is an experienced litigator who has represented corporate and individual clients across a broad spectrum of litigation and investigations. His practice focuses on complex civil matters, and he has successfully litigated antitrust, civil RICO, class action, deceptive trade practices and consumer fraud, products liability, securities fraud, and other high-stakes commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Voegele was an associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP where he worked primarily on complex multi-district class action and opt-out litigation in federal courts. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Voegele received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School, his M.A. from New York University and his B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is admitted in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont and before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and Vermont and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
