Voegele is an experienced litigator who has represented corporate and individual clients across a broad spectrum of litigation and investigations. His practice focuses on complex civil matters, and he has successfully litigated antitrust, civil RICO, class action, deceptive trade practices and consumer fraud, products liability, securities fraud, and other high-stakes commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Vermont Law School, his M.A. from New York University and his B.A. from the University of Chicago. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
