(June 1, 2016, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney shareholder, Brian D. Thomas, was recently named President of the Manchester Bar Association, where he previously served as Vice President.
Thomas represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in a variety of civil litigation matters in both state and federal court, as well as in administrative proceedings. His work includes employment litigation; trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property litigation; enforcement of employee non-competition and confidentiality agreements; and complex commercial disputes.
Thomas has been selected as a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers® in the area of Business Litigation every year since 2010. He was also named one of New Hampshire Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty, and is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester program. Thomas received his B.A., magna cum laude, (Phi Beta Kappa) from Boston College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
