(September 29, 2017, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA welcomes attorney Patrick J. Queenan to the firm’s Manchester office.
Queenan is an experienced trial litigator, and a member of the firm business litigation group. He represents businesses and individuals involved in government investigations and enforcement actions. Queenan’s practice includes a focus on civil, administrative, and criminal litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has briefed and argued cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and served as trial counsel in numerous jury and bench trials before courts throughout New Hampshire.
Prior to joining the firm, Queenan was an Assistant Attorney General at the New Hampshire Department of Justice, serving in the Criminal Justice Bureau as a homicide and white collar crime prosecutor, and in the Civil Law Bureau as counsel to numerous state agencies to include the State Liquor Commission, Department of Resources and Economic Development, Employment Security, Department of Education, Public Utilities Commission, and Site Evaluation Commission. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, earned his B.A. from Temple University and his J.D. from the New England School of Law.
