Sheehan Phinney Successfully Wins $1.45 Million in Misrepresentation Case

Sheehan Phinney litigator Charles Waters successfully represented a businessman and his company, who had made financial investments with a Registered Representative through a Broker–Dealer.  The Defendants in the case misrepresented to Sheehan Phinney’s client the investment products.  After filing a complaint, and prior to discovery, Defendants agreed to pay Sheehan Phinney’s client $1.45 million in a settlement.
