Losier is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Department where his diverse practice includes complex business litigation and state and federal criminal matters. He has been recognized by Martindale Hubbel, and as a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers® for his work in Business Litigation and White Collar Criminal matters. Losier is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He has been admitted pro hac vice in several other state and federal jurisdictions. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, and his B.S. from Colby College.
Veenema, also a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Department, helps clients resolve complex business disputes both in and out of court, focusing primarily on issues arising among board members and shareholders in closely held companies, intellectual property and unfair competition litigation, and employment-related matters for both employers and employees. He has been recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America®, and Boston Magazine Top Lawyers for his work in Business/Commercial Litigation. Veenema is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
