(7/13/2020, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney welcomes shareholder Damon M. Seligson to its Business Litigation Group. He will work in the firm’s Boston office.
Seligson’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and real estate matters (including zoning and permitting). He also focuses a large part of his practice assisting clients in medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Seligson has represented clients in both state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. In addition to his state and federal trial experience, he has experience with various forms of alternate dispute resolution, including mediation.
Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney, Seligson was a partner at Holland & Knight, where he and two partners then formed the boutique firm of DiNicola, Seligson & Upton, LLP. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to immigrating to the United States, Seligson studied at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and completed his B.S. at Southern Connecticut State University. He has been recognized by New England Super Lawyers for his work in business litigation and has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He is OSHA 10-Hour Safety Program Certified.
