ACTEC is a national, nonprofit association of approximately 2,500 lawyers and law professors from throughout the United States and abroad. Members (Fellows) are peer-elected on the basis of professional reputation and expertise in the preparation of wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, trust administration and related practice areas. To qualify for membership, a lawyer must have no fewer than ten years of experience in the active practice of trust and estate law, as fiduciary counsel with a fiduciary services company, or a combination thereof.
Panebianco advises and represents individuals and families on their estate planning, probate, and trust administration needs, and represents individual and corporate fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and charitable organizations on trust, tax, and other legal matters. For clients who require tax planning as part of their overall estate plan, he draws from his 25 years of experience to develop an estate plan that balances their tax and non-tax objectives.
Panebianco is actively involved in professional associations, including the NH Estate Planning Council, the Trust & Estate Section of the NH Bar Association, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, where he currently serves on its Board, and charitable organizations, including Best Buddies New Hampshire and Canterbury Shaker Village. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, and Florida. Panebianco received his LL.M. in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, and his B.A. from LeMoyne College.
