(November 1, 2016, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney shareholder, Robert H. Miller has been named to the Board of Overseers for Saint Paul’s School Advanced Studies Program for a three year term.
The Board of Overseers was established for the purposes of overseeing the advancement and success of the Advanced Studies Program, a summer academic program for New Hampshire Public and Parochial high school juniors. It was founded in 1957 to provide students with challenging opportunities otherwise unavailable to them.
Miller has an active business litigation practice that focuses primarily on complex commercial disputes in the federal courts, including false and deceptive trade practice, false advertising, and consumer labeling claims, commercial fraud claims, products liability, civil RICO, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and intellectual property disputes including trademark, trade dress and copyright. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee of YMCA Camp Belknap and the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for the Hopkinton Soccer Club.
