Gregoire has been named to the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Long-Term Care Foundation, a non-profit foundation that provides scholarships to long-term care workers to further their education. Since 1995, The LTCF has awarded more than $600,000 in scholarships to over 240 individuals.
Gregoire’s health care practice consists of advising providers of all types on regulatory, corporate, contracting, licensing, risk management, privacy, and patient care issues. He has a wealth of experience in areas such as HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback, licensing of professionals, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement.
Gregoire is a member of the NH Health Care Association’s Education Committee and in 2016 received the Association’s “Star Award”. He was a 2014 graduate of Leadership Seacoast and has been named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers® for his work in Health Care. Gregoire is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School, and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
