Leadership Greater Manchester is a program designed to recognize and nurture existing leadership talents from diverse sectors of the community. Through the exchange of viewpoints and experiences, participants are exposed to the challenges, opportunities and vital issues affecting the greater Manchester community.
Chakmakas is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group where his practice focuses on assisting nonprofit and for-profit owners and developers in acquiring and preserving affordable housing. He also represents developers, landowners and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, and zoning matters.
Chakmakas is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Virginia, received his B.S., magna cum laude, from East Carolina University and his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law. He is a member of the Manchester Regional Board for Waypoint (formerly Child and Family Services)
