(2/20/2018, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA shareholder Christopher M. Candon has been named to the firm’s Management Committee and the Chair of the Corporate Department.
Sheehan Phinney’s Management Committee oversees the administrative and business functions and strategic planning initiatives for the firm’s four regional offices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The Sheehan Phinney Corporate Department offers comprehensive services in many areas in corporate law and business counseling.
Candon focuses his practice on the problems of financially distressed companies, assisting clients with transactional and litigation matters involving commercial law and insolvency issues. He frequently represents debtors, creditors, committees, purchasers, landlords and trustees in workouts, out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 reorganizations and sales and Chapter 7 liquidations. He has continually been named a New England Super Lawyer for his work in Bankruptcy Law. Candon is admitted in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. He received his J.D., cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his B.S. from St. Lawrence University.
