Gregoire was given the award at the Association’s Annual Meeting on November 10th for his service to the organization. “Star Awards are given to New Hampshire Health Care Association members who have gone above and beyond to support the goals of the NHHCA.”
The NHHCA is the largest association of long-term care providers in New Hampshire. Members include skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. They believe in furthering the quality of care for long-term care residents through educational opportunities, advocacy, sharing information and best practices and communication.
Gregoire’s health care practice consists of advising providers of all types on regulatory, corporate, contracting, licensing, risk management, privacy, and patient care issues. He has a wealth of experience in health care regulatory matters including HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback, EMTALA, licensing of professionals and health care facilities, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement.
Gregoire is a member of the NHHCA’s Education Committee. He was a 2014 graduate of Leadership Seacoast and has been named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers® for his work in Health Care.
