Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Manchester, NH:
The COO is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the firm. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Management Committee, the COO drives operational efficiency, enhances financial performance, and implements strategic initiatives to support the firm’s growth and client service objectives. Key responsibilities also include providing creative and innovative insights, fostering the firm’s collaborative and cohesive work environment, reinforcing the firm’s community involvement, and upholding the firm’s values and mission. The COO collaborates with the Managing Director and Management Committee to set objectives, measure performance, and promote best practices. Departments under the COO’s purview include: Accounting/Finance, Business Development, Compliance, Electronic Discovery, Facilities and Office Services, Human Resources, Information Technology and Security, and General Operations.
