Previously with the firm Cook Little, Coleen joined Sheehan Phinney in 2022. She counsels businesses on data privacy and protection, and compliance with local and international data privacy laws. Coleen provides B2B and B2C clients of all sizes with advice and guidance on privacy obligations, including data processing agreements, privacy policies, and data breaches. She also advises businesses regarding due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Coleen has handled business litigation cases in state and federal courts and administrative tribunals including employment matters, non-compete claims, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secrets, partnership disputes, and lender liability.
