Lynn serves as chair of the firm’s Environmental and Energy Practice Group and focuses her practice in the areas of environmental compliance, enforcement actions and transactional matters. She frequently represents clients regarding regulatory and enforcement concerns relating to state and federal contaminated site cleanup and redevelopment and other issues involving CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, the CWA, the CAA and OSHA.
On the transactional side, Lynn’s practice includes advising clients and the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practices on environmental risks associated with the purchase and sale of industrial and commercial property including due diligence activities and strategies to limit or allocate those environmental risks. Her clients include manufacturers, developers, purchasers and sellers of environmentally impacted industrial and commercial properties, municipalities and other regulated businesses and entities.
Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was the Regional Manager for Corporate Health, Safety and Environment at Freudenberg-NOK, GP where she managed environmental and safety compliance for sites throughout the US and Canada.
Lynn also served as an Air Pollution Control Engineer for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services.
