Megan joined Sheehan Phinney in 2011. Her practice focuses on business litigation and involves representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes before state and federal trial and appeals courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, and in mediation. Typical litigation matters include employment, zoning and land use, insurance coverage, contract, and tort disputes. Megan has briefed and argued cases before the New Hampshire Superior Court as well as the New Hampshire Supreme Court. She is also trained to serve as an outside investigator to institutions of higher education in Title IX and other student conduct cases.
Prior to joining the firm Megan was a UNH Public Interest Coalition Fellow, working with the New Hampshire Public Defender’s Office. She also interned with the Honorable Carol Ann Conboy, Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
