Alisha joined Sheehan Phinney from the law firm of Butenhof & Bomster. She practices in the areas of estate and special needs planning, elder law and probate and trust administration. She and her husband, a native of New Hampshire, live in his hometown of Weare. As lovers of outdoor activities, they appreciate New Hampshire’s many beautiful attractions to explore and enjoy. Previously, she supported the Special Education Unit of the, New York City Department of Education as an Agency Attorney in the Office of the General Counsel. In this important role, she ensured the Department of Education’s compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
