Sheehan Phinney Successfully Wins in Investment Misrepresentation Case

(Boston, MA, November 2019) – Sheehan Phinney litigators Charles Waters and J.P. Harris successfully represented the owner of a construction company who had made financial investments with a Registered Investment Advisor and Registered Investment Company .  The Defendants in the case misrepresented to Sheehan Phinney’s client the investment products.  After the completion of discovery, Defendants agreed to pay Sheehan Phinney’s client $700,000 in a settlement.
