Eills joins the firm from private practice and brings 29 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His practice focuses in the areas of compliance, employment, regulation, transactions, and non-profit governance. These areas include the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and its new regulations, HIPAA and state privacy laws, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) law, EMTALA, licensing of physicians and of health care facilities, charitable organization and non-profit Board oversight, credentialing, and physician employment and recruitment. Andrew has extensive experience in health care compliance, licensing, and charitable trust and non-profit governance matters.
Eills has been named one of NH’s Top Attorneys by Business NH Magazine. He is admitted in New Hampshire and received his B.A., with Distinction and Departmental Honors, from Stanford University and his J.D. from Tulane Law School. Active in the community, Eills is Chair of the NH Public Employee Labor Relations Board, a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association, and a member of the New Hampshire Cycling Club Board of Directors.
