(3/15/2018, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green PA shareholder James S. LaMontagne has been named to the Board of Directors of the NH/VT Red Cross.

LaMontagne is Sheehan Phinney’s practice group leader for the firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditor’s Rights Group. His practice places him in bankruptcy court representing secured lenders, creditor committees, purchasers of distressed assets, trustees, unsecured creditors and small and larger business debtors in their liquidation or reorganization efforts. Jim also represents both creditors and debtors in commercial foreclosure proceedings, secured party sales, workouts and commercial collection/contract actions. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and a graduate of the Leadership Manchester class of 2005. LaMontagne is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts and received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from St. Anselm College.
