Bryanna’s practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation matters, working with both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters. Her work involves representing individuals and businesses in disputes before state and federal trial and appeals courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, and in mediation. Bryanna represents clients in patent litigation and civil litigation, including fiduciary duty disputes, contract issues, shareholder disputes, construction-related litigation, employment litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, and environmental cases.
Bryanna has argued before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and regularly defends employers in front of the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryanna worked at a legal clinic providing pro-bono services to clients in areas such as bankruptcy, children’s rights, domestic violence, family law, housing, and immigration. Bry also taught legal writing to first-year law students at Vermont Law School.
