
Megan is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on construction and real estate litigation, as well as assisting clients in medical malpractice, toxic tort, and personal injury matters.
Megan has deep ties in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney, she served as In House Counsel to Brady Sullivan Properties, one of the largest real estate developers in New England, for well over a decade. Megan has extensive experience representing clients in commercial lease disputes. She regularly advises property owners and landlords on compliance with residential statutes and Fair Housing regulations. Megan has represented landlords and property owners facing investigations by OSHA, environmental regulators, and other government bodies. She also represents construction professionals in the negotiation of construction contracts and disputes that arise therefrom.
Megan began her legal career representing healthcare professionals in medical and dental malpractice cases. Before serving as in house counsel, she defended commercial clients in products and premises liability cases throughout the region.
