Doucet’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contracts, serving clients in a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney, he practiced corporate law at a law firm in Orange County, California, corporate law and business litigation at a law firm in San Diego, and securities litigation at a law firm in New York City. Doucet’s litigation experience provided him with an understanding of how business disputes arise and how to structure contracts and transactions to avoid potential litigation.
Doucet received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. He is admitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, and New York.
