Crafts Joins Boston Office

(January 6, 2025, Boston, MA) — Sheehan Phinney welcomes attorney Amy Crafts to its Boston office as a Shareholder.

Crafts is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Government Investigations & White-Collar Criminal Defense Groups where her practice focuses on business disputes and government investigations.  With over twenty years of experience in state government and large, international law firms, Crafts represents businesses and their executives in a range of industries including matters alleging fraudulent business practices and violations of the consumer protection laws as well as disputes related to antitrust, intellectual property, data security and other commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served for ten years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, where she served in numerous leadership capacities, including Chief of the False Claims Division.

Crafts is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New York.  She received her B.A. from Williams College and J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was the Commentary Editor for the Connecticut Law Review.  Amy is active in the legal community, and currently serves as a Forum Co-Chair at the Boston Bar Association and previously served as the Attorney General’s designee on the Inspector General Council.
