(11/20/2023, Manchester, NH) – Sheehan Phinney shareholder Andrew Eills was recently elected to the Piscataquog Land Conservancy (PLC) Board of Trustees.
PLC is a non-profit, private, nationally-accredited land trust dedicated to conserving the land, water and wildlife of twenty-six communities in southern New Hampshire. PLC protects places that provide clean water and wildlife habitat. All of the PLC’s land and many of its conservation easements are open for the public to enjoy.
Eills is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Group where his practice includes mergers and acquisitions, federal and state regulatory issues, and corporate and non-profit governance. He provides guidance on issues affecting critical access hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health and substance use disorder providers, home health and hospice organizations, Federally-Qualified Health Centers, and urgent care facilities. Eills regularly advises clients on, among other areas, telehealth, fraud and abuse, and compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Physician Self-Referral (Stark) law. He has served as a member of the PLC Land Protection Committee since 2022.
