Andrew joined the firm in 2023 and is a member of its Corporate Group. He assists and advises clients regarding a variety of general business and legal issues, including entity formations, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and contract and employment matters. Additional areas of interest for Andrew include commercial real estate development and transactions, data privacy and security, federal and state regulatory and tax issues, and corporate and non-profit governance.

Andrew joined the firm after graduating Duke University School of Law. While in law school, he served as Co-Director of the Duke Law Veterans Assistance Project, as well as a Student Attorney for the Community Enterprise Clinic and the Wrongful Convictions Clinic. He also served as a Legal Intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire. Before attending law school, Andrew worked three years in Business Services at a global consulting firm, prior to which he served as an Active Duty Infantry officer in the United States Army, and he currently holds the rank of Captain in the Army Individual Ready Reserve.
