NH Legal Perspective: State’s DES Prepares Annual List of Impaired Waters

ON OCT. 14, 2015, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services issued a draft of its 2014 Surface Water Quality List, which sets forth the New Hampshire waterways that DES deems to be impaired for purposes of the Clean Water Act.
