Damon is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group where his practice focuses on commercial litigation and real estate matters (including zoning and permitting). He also focuses a large part of his practice assisting clients in medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Damon has represented clients in both state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings. In addition to his state and federal trial experience, he has experience with various forms of alternate dispute resolution, including mediation.
Prior to joining Sheehan Phinney, Damon was a partner at Holland & Knight, where he and two partners then formed the boutique firm of DiNicola, Seligson & Upton, LLP. He studied at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, before emigrating to the United States, where he completed his B.S. at Southern Connecticut State University
