From the North on I-93 (The Southeast Expressway) Go South on I-93 into the city. Pass over the Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge into the tunnel. Take Exit 24A toward Government Center. Merge onto Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto State Street. Follow State Street through the first set of lights (intersection of Congress St.). State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect. From the South on I-93 (The Southeast Expressway) Go North on I-93 into the city. Go under the Liberty Tunnel (stay in the right lane when entering the tunnel) and take Exit No. 23 (the first exit in the tunnel). Exit onto Atlantic Avenue. Follow Atlantic Avenue until it is intersected by State Street. Take a left onto State Street. Follow State Street through the first set of lights (intersection of Congress St.). State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect. From the West on the Massachusetts Turnpike Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike into Boston. Take the last exit and follow signs to I-93 north. Go under the South Station Tunnel and take the Atlantic Avenue exit. Follow Atlantic Avenue until it is intersected by State Street. Take a left onto State Street. Follow State Street through the first set of lights (intersection of Congress St.). State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect. Driving directions from Logan Airport From airport exit, Merge toward I-93 North/Storrow Drive (portions toll), passing into the tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, take the ramp toward RT-3 North/Storrow Drive. Directly following, turn right onto Hanover Street, then take a quick right onto Tony DeMarco Way/Fleet Street, then a right onto Atlantic Ave/Commercial Street, and a right onto State Street. Follow State Street through the intersection of Congress Street. State Street becomes Court Street at Washington Street. One Boston Place is on the corner of Court Street and Washington Street on the left hand side (Mellon Financial Center) where State, Court, and Washington Streets intersect. From Logan Airport by MBTA Take the free Massport Shuttle Bus to Airport Station on the Blue Line. Take inbound Blue Line train to State Street Station. One Boston Place is directly opposite State Street Station.

Parking
Follow Court Street to the end, passing One Boston Place to your left and taking a left onto Tremont Street. Take the first left onto School Street. Follow to bottom of street and take left onto Washington Street. PI Alley parking garage will be one-half block on the left. One Boston Place is next door to the garage.
